Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
+ Develop and strengthen Trijicon position in the law enforcement community by working directly with individual officers, range and command staff
+ Train and coach, LE range staff to include classroom instruction, hands on product demo, and live fire demonstration
+ Recommend product to suit the needs of departments and individual officers
+ Assist with the test & evaluation process
+ Track and provide samples for new business opportunities
+ Trouble shoot optics and shooting fundamentals
+ Expand Trijicon’s Law Enforcement presence in assigned territory
+ Gathering department information for opportunity and sale
+ Send monthly territory reports the Law Enforcement Sales Manager and the Director of Sales
+ Work commercial and law enforcement trade shows
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
+ 5 years Law Enforcement experience with instructor time or Military equivalent
+ Must live in the geographical location of the position or willing to relocate
+ Effectively and safely operate a variety of firearms
+ Strong knowledge of firearms
+ Must be able to work a flexible schedule
+ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent customer relations skills
+ Working knowledge of CRM Tool
+ Dependable and reliable.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
+ Must be self-motivated and a team player
+ Travel is required
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Solving problems and using critical thinking
+ Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
+ Knowledge of Trijicon and AmeriGlo products and usage
+ The territories for this position are in the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana and North & South Dakota. Residency in Texas or Oklahoma is a plus.
Education Requirements:
+ High school graduate or GED equivalent
+ P.O.S.T (Police Officers Standards and Training) Certified is recommended
+ Updated instructor certificate through a reputable instructor or department
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding, follow detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete standardized situations.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 20pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
