Main responsibilities include:

Independent management of intellectual property rights procedures and coordination with law firms in English; Advising clients and providing regular reports in English; Ensuring the preparation of legal opinions, documents, and reports; Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely execution of tasks.

Education: Univ. B.Sc. Lawyer or 2nd Bologna degree in Law; Excellent knowledge of the English language – spoken and written; knowledge of German and/or other foreign languages is an advantage; Willingness to work in the field of intellectual property; Interest in working with data and documents; Accuracy and good organization skills; Communicativeness and ability to work in a team; The desire to perfect and introduce improvements; Good knowledge of MS Office tools (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook); Proactivity and openness to new technologies.
