About the Role
We have an exciting career opportunity at LexisNexis for a Lawyer specializing in Governance and/or Corporate Counsel to transition into a Legal Writing role.
With strong practice experience as a practising lawyer in Australia, you will have a solid understanding of the practical processes relevant to a governance lawyer and/or to the role of corporate counsel.
Reporting to the Content Manager, this is a permanent role preferably within commuting distance of one of our State-based offices (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra) but with the opportunity to work flexibly and/or remotely.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high quality up-to-date practical legal content, including guidance notes, checklists, precedents, legal updates and other toolsPrepare and maintain practically-focused content as well as practical resources for our popular Practical Guidance product that is Australia’s most established and trusted ‘how-to’ of legal practice.Provide support to Relationship Managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.Participate in or contribute to in-market activities (eg masterclasses, webinars, customer feedback sessions).
