**Description** Job Responsibilities: + Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Understand detailed drawings and specifications to determine the layout of metal parts. + Measuring and Marking: Use tools to measure and mark dimensions and reference points on metal surfaces. + Cutting and Shaping: Cut, bend, and shape metal pieces to fit the required specifications. + Assembling Components: Fit and assemble metal parts using welding, bolting, or other methods. + Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications. + Using Tools: Operate general shop power and hand tools safely and efficiently. + Following Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
