Your role and responsibilitiesAccountable for the partnership program excellence including license corporation (LCA) mainly, but not limited to technical corporation (TCA), and component partnership etc.. The execution cover partner business development, partners qualification, technology tranfering to the partners, manufacturing quality governmance, techincal support, partner competency development etc. LCA partnership excellence manager, mainly focuses on back-end processes optimization and development, supporting the front-end distribution and channel management, as well as OEM channels sales to develop LCA business and partnership, lead LCA engineering team, and virtue cross funtion team of back-end including technology research and development, product development, engineering and project management, operation and quality, procurement and services etc..CORE RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy•\tDevelops and implements partnership strategies with marketing & sales focusing on the product solution, manufacturing technics and competency. Product Portfolio•\tEnsures that the portfolio of partnership is managed consistently based on best practice, innovative solution and ABB policies.Instructions and Guidelines•\tLeads team and collaborates with virtue team to implement the partnership programm to the partners•\tDevelops, customizes, and continuously improves standard processes and work instructions by adopting ABB and external best practices.•\tEnsures that lessons learned from project execution are analyzed and conclusions are incorporated in continuous improvement actions.Budget, Sales, and Operations Planning•\tParticipates in the related budgeting process jointly with the local Division/LBL and Controller.•\tParticipates in marketing & sales planning with other members and takes actions to develope the partnership businessProgramm Execution and Control•\tCollaborating with Channel team to qualify the the partners, regular audit and performance management from technical & manufacturing capability view.•\tEnsure the technology transferring to the partners including product data, manufacturing process.•\tDevelope and implement the regular audit plan to the partner manufacturing process•\tProvide operation exellence support to the partners leveraging ABB capability•\tSeeking synergy among the partners in terms of engineering, manufacturing capability•\tSupporting Channel team to manage the partner performancePeople Leadership and Development•\tEnsures that the area of responsibility is structured to fit the business model, sufficiently staffed with skilled resources, and directed appropriately.•\tGuides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect reports within HR policies.•\tOversees competency assessments and ensures that the project staff is licensed and certified appropriately.LICENSE TO OPERATE / CORE VALUES•\tEnsures all staff (under scope) understand ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and act accordingly.•\tImplements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes related to project execution.•\tEnsures adherence to all internal and statutory regulations and policies pertaining to the teams in scope.•\tEnsures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities across all teams in scope.•\tAccountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors for the teams in scope, and continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance. COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP•\tPromotes and enables collaboration in the business line, across business lines, division, and teams to maximize results for ABB.•\tProvides guidance to the teams and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teams.•\tManages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.•\tEnsures that their own area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.•\tInspires, guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect reports within HR policies.•\tBuilds effective, competent, and high-performing teams.•\tReviews organizational effectiveness and performs competence assessments and continuous skill upgrades.
