LCSW/LMFT Long Term Contract

Look no further! We’re seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. Schedule: AM’s 5x8's or 4x10's Location: Onsite. Valley Center & San Ysabel, CA Local Pay( Within 50 miles): $145,000- $156,000 Annual Contract Length: 2 years Summary: The Clinician will provide direct services to individuals and families who are members of the Consortium Tribes. Services will include early intervention for issues related to suicide, trauma, chemical dependency, domestic violence, and child and elder abuse. This position works under the direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Conduct a full spectrum of diagnostic assessments and screenings for individuals and families participating in the assigned grant program. + Develop culturally and linguistically relevant screening instruments for the Consortium population. + Test the limits during clinical assessments when indicated. + Provide prevention education, treatment planning, acute treatment, safety planning, crisis assessment, intervention, and family support. Make referrals for appropriate services. + Ensure that referrals outside the Consortium area are culturally and linguistically appropriate. + Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment approaches. + Deliver services to patients’ homes, work sites, schools, detention centers, inpatient units, and jails to address mental health and wellness within the Indian community. + Supervise project staff, providing clinical expertise and overall direction to achieve grant objectives. + Represent the Consortium Clinics professionally and respectfully in the community, clinical settings, and legal contexts. + Maintain comprehensive and timely case records in accordance with agency, grantor, legal, and ethical principles. + Adhere strictly to confidentiality laws and ethical guidelines. + Make recommendations based on clinical information under supervision. + Facilitate access to alternative interventions (e.g., traditional practices, spiritual beliefs, sweat lodges). + Attend required program, clinical, and administrative meetings and trainings. + Participate in professional development activities. + Prepare statistical reports as needed. + May be reassigned during Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) activation. Supervisory Responsibilities: + Provide supervision to ASW or AMFT CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND REGULATIONS + Applicants must have a current LCSW or LMFT license from California Board of Behavioral Sciences and maintain that license in good standing throughout employment. + 15-hour BBS supervisor course. + A valid California driver’s license and a good driving record will be required at the time of appointment and must be maintained throughout employment. + BLS/CPR certification Please note that this pay range represents a good faith estimate of the compensation that will be offered for this position based on the circumstances. The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and other variable factors.
