LCV EUCOM Poland: Master Electrician - ContingencyDuties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Regional General Site Manager and Site Leadership by providing input to identify key success factors for the Electrical Department.Provide leadership to create an organizational structure and processes required to execute the requirements of construction and maintenance services fully and is responsible for the execution of electrical services, quality assurance, subcontractor performance, and construction cost.Perform Electrical Technical Inspections and Preventative Maintenance Inspections per KBR processes and identifies Life, Healthy Safety (LHS) issues and defects to BS7671 18th Edition and US National Electric Code.Evaluate electrical service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go" scope.Maintain the short-range look ahead plans and discusses all deviations with Site Managers and GSM.Review and monitors cost and man-hour budget for the installation process, develops an equipment, and tool requirement plan, and reviews it with Site Managers and GSM.Required Qualifications:
Must have a Master Electrician License or Certification and at least 5 years of directly related experience.Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.Requires at least 2 years of Leadership, Supervisory, or Management experience.Requires the ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.Must have a valid Passport with at least 18 months of validity.Knowledge of all relevant safety standards related to area of responsibility required.Requires a valid driver's license.Candidates must meet visa and or work permit requirements for the country of assignment to be considered and eligible for employment.
