LCV NORTHCOM NTC: MCT SupervisorPosition Overview:
The MCT Supervisor have a clear and precise understanding of tracking and tracing systems such as: GTN (Global Transportation Network), GDSS (Global Decision Support System), GATES (Global Air Transportation Execution System), AALPS (Automated Air Load Planning System), and SMS (Single Mobility System) which will enhance one’s capabilities of In-Transit Visibility of all properly shipped cargo and passenger flights throughout the AOR (Area of Responsibility). Responsible for overseeing work of Foreman and laborers who report up to this position. May be required to perform other job-related tasks and duties as mission dictates.
Applicable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Must have working knowledge of; JMRs, AMRs, SMRs and the ITARS system.Must have working knowledge of passenger manifesting to include high-jack briefings, amnesty, priorities, emergency leave and DV processes.Must be able to assist, and or Load Plane when required.Must possess a high level of proficiency in numerous Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point, along with excellent telephonic communication skills while maintaining COMSEC (Communication Security), OPSEC (Operation Security), and COMPUSEC (Computer Security).Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to work under fast paced and adverse conditions.Must have or be able to get a current Security Clearance Previous supervisory experience required.Additional Skills or Experience Preferred:
Undergraduate degree preferred, minimum high school diploma in related field, 7+ years related work experience and 5+ years supervisory experienceScheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $76,400 - $114,500
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
