Responsibilities The Opportunity: Accomplishes Distribution Center operations aligned to business objectives by recruiting, training, coaching, assigning, scheduling, and directing employees. Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing PepsiCo policies and procedures. Achieves warehouse operations objectives by analyzing information, make recommendations, design strategic plans, execute action plans, improves production, warehouse management, reduces costs, optimizes productivity, quality, assure safety and OSHA regulations and maintains customer service standards, solving problems and identifying trends. Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing and executing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances, identifying and initiating corrective actions. Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment in order to meet business requirements assuring a +97.8% service levels by improving the inbound operations, outbound processes and optimizing the multipack production operation. Your Impact: As LD&T Facilitator your scope would consist of: Process owner from sales order processing to delivery. Responsible for order administration assuring 100% of sales orders are processed in a timely manner for the local market including DTS, Small Format, Large Format, Vending, Food Service, USVI and ROC sales channels Must assure that all sales orders are completed in time according to delivery dates Provide logistic options to sales department to assure service levels and reduce out of stocks Responsible for the operation functionality, crisis management when major failures occur and provide business continuity un electricity, system or major natural forces Must provide direction to Warehouse Supervisors (L5), Inventory Analyst, and 118 frontline employees. Responsible for plant maintenance, safety regulations, utilities and leasing contracts with current or potential landlords and suppliers Administer and control Warehouse risks (internal controls, SOX, Environmental Health and Safety, hygiene, inventory management and unsaleables) Assure Main Operation KPI’s compliance: Warehouse Fill Rate >97.8% Operational cost
