LDAR Technician

Conduct leak detection surveys using various methods and equipment, such as infrared cameras, organic vapor analyzers, and toxic vapor analyzers.
Identify and locate potential leaks in valves, flanges, connectors, and other equipment components.
Perform leak repairs and recommend appropriate corrective actions to mitigate emissions.
Follow established protocols and procedures for LDAR programs to ensure accurate and consistent results.
Document findings, repairs, and data accurately using handheld devices or other data management systems.
Coordinate with operations personnel to schedule repairs and minimize production downtime.
Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and standards.
Maintain a strong focus on safety and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Keep updated records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Assist in the development and improvement of LDAR procedures and protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize LDAR operations and achieve departmental goals.
