About the Role

Drive the ongoing expansion of business in Asia Pacific, by developing new channel and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability to achieve yearly budget.

Your Team

In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of the Business Development team in Consumer Audio Asia-Pacific.

What You Will Do

Support business strategy for region assigned accordance to company’s directionsCollaborate with country partners to plan sales forecast and budget (sell-in & sell-through)Assist country partners in business negotiation with-in local context to maximize business opportunity in the best interest of the companySupport and provide holistic solutions in developing the market businesses to the benefit of our companyPro-actively identify and propose business opportunities where availableMeasure and track country performance in terms of sales growth and market penetrationSupport timely business review with the country partnersEnsure all executions and plans adhere to company policies and guidelinesWork cohesively with global product team to identify key product strategies and localize into assigned regionsReview and understand product key USPs and featuresIdentify & develop key product training scope with Training Manager for each specific regionsWork seamlessly  with CRM/SCM to ensure high standard of sales logistics functions operationallyAssist country partners in all product quality & warranty mattersAssist QC Manager in terms of product compliance matters for your regions

What You Need

At least a Diploma or Business Degree in related fieldAbility to deliver presentations in EnglishMinimum 3 years of Sales/Marketing in Business Development experience, with a proven track record of growing and sustaining sales revenueProficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is a must

What is Nice to Have

Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industriesTalent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skills
