WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Business Planning & Operations on the Teammate Experience team, you will have a unique role to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives with a strategic and financial lens. Working with key cross-functional stakeholders, you will lead and drive the execution of People Solutions planning and operating model processes. You’ll lead and perform activities to optimize delivery and improve operational efficiencies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1-2 Years of experience in enterprise portfolio management at a global organizationProgressive experience in business process design and leading multiple large program or project implementations within a large, global companyLeading a operations team to support strategic & financial planning, reporting and analysisBusiness system and process developmentSupervision of diverse work groups (if applicable for direct reports)Working across organizational boundaries at all levels, including executive position

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

Lead: You will help lead the team  through significant change and value realization as we continue with our transformation. You’ll set goals for the team, develop organizational capability and model how we can work together.

Stakeholder Manage & Story-tell: Identify key stakeholders and deliver a cohesive business performance narrative for leadership communications via synthesis of multiple sources of data and information.

Plan & Execute: Develop strategic and operational frameworks for the People Solutions team, streamline ways of working and measure results.

Leverage Business Execution: Identifies opportunities for business transformation and gains executive support and alignment for prioritization. Identifies risks and issue impacting successful implementation and works with team to develop resolution.

Lead People Solutions Financial Portfolio Management Activity: Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to execute financial deliverables in support of enterprise portfolio management connecting to all planning processes within the company to drive growth and optimize profitability.
