Job Description
Job Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality FPA and Wafers are delivered to meet production schedules. You will lead a team of Technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently manage WIP and drive continuous improvement with legacy and R&D processes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Coach Technicians, provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.Supervise and coordinate daily activities of labor and tool utilization.Enforce and adhere to policies and procedures.Inspect and disposition nonconforming product in collaboration with Engineering.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.Adapt to a changing environment to meet production deadlines.Job Qualifications:
Ability to work in an ISO Class 6 cleanroom.Familiarity with 6S, KT, and Continuous Improvement Principles. Proficient with: PowerBi, MS Office, MES software.Exceptional organizational and planning skills.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.SKILL: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience in a Team Lead/ Supervisor Role in a Cleanroom Environment.Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce
Salary Range:
$49,830.00-$66,550.000Pay Transparency
