Role Summary We’re seeking a talented and strategic Content Strategy lead to join our web marketing team. In this role, you will lead the day-to-day development, socialization and implementation of comprehensive content strategies that guide audiences seamlessly through the customer journey while aligning with personas, product strategy and key campaign objectives. As the bridge between high-level campaign plans and content execution, you’ll transform inputs such as audience insights, product messaging, and business goals into impactful, actionable strategies. You will play an active role in shaping these strategies by staying attuned to market trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments, while partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into action. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Partner with creative, channel and commercial teams to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with our brand values and business objectives. Messaging: Create empathetic, clear and effective messaging for campaigns and web content. Integrated Campaigns: Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives that drive sales and boost brand awareness. Customer Journey: Develop and implement content strategies that align with campaign goals, personas and business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience. Content Mapping: Map content to key stages in the customer journey, ensuring a seamless narrative and optimized user experience. SEO Expertise: Develop and apply SEO best practices to enhance search rankings, improve organic traffic, and support overarching content goals. Data-Driven Insights: Translate performance data into actionable insights, ensuring that all strategies are measurable and results-driven. Performance Optimization: Actively review content performance data, competitive analysis and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights and refine strategies for continuous iteration and improvement. Governance: Establish workflows, content governance and consistency across all touchpoints. Qualifications 5+ years of diverse experience in marketing, content strategy, channel strategy, campaign management, or related roles within a SaaS or technology environment. Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven content strategies that span the customer journey and generate measurable business results. Excellent verbal, written communication, leadership and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders. Expertise in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze performance and make optimization recommendations. Strong attention to detail, with an appetite to dive into the weeds and seek connections and key moments in all touch points of the customer journey. Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong bias to action. Strong project management experience, including building campaign calendars/trackers, and following up relentlessly to hit deadlines. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $125,000 to $156,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
