L3Harris is seeking a Senior Level Contracts Administrator to join our Melbourne, FL team. In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Sr. Manager of Contracts, and will contribute to the end-to-end management of major contracts. Essential Functions:
The management of a portfilio of important and complex Gov’t contracts. This includes relationship management, contract management, and maintenance of schedules, coordinating responses, identifying risks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery to the customer.Provide mentoring and leadership as a Leader Among the People to your direct team of contract administrators and also providing mentoring and leadership to other core functional support groups on contract matters to assure cohesive execution and action to customer requirements and need. Proactive management of customer changes. This requires an ability to follow the contractual change process and other change mechanisms developed, ensuring timely responses to change requests. Working the internal team to assure compliance and tracking as appropriate.
