Key Responsibilities
Monitor Team Member work activity to ensure the daily success of Food and Beverage locations.Focusing on Guest Service and creating a positive work environment.Assure profitability in assigned sections by closely monitoring inventory and portion controlsAdhere and uphold ALL DEPARTMENT GROOMING, SAFETY and CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES.Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.Support the company mantra; Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.Maintain a neat, and well organized location.Ensure all safety equipment is being used properlyPerform all other duties assigned by Managerial Supervisor and Senior Leadership Team.Qualifications
Previous Culinary ExperiencePrevious leadership experience preferredMust be available to work most operating days and 1-2 work crew days during weekend operationFood Handler CardServsafe Manager Preferred
