Weekend Day Shift, Friday - Monday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

As the Lead Deskside Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting the GXO end-user environment, both local and remote. You will also execute device lifecycle management activities, including provisioning, fulfilling, deploying, supporting and dispositioning assets. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Provide troubleshooting and resolution of Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical issues from across the business unit, including multiple domains, operating systems, time zones, and workstation and printer models Provide Executive support to senior leaders Provide technical expertise and advice to Level II and III Deskside Technicians by being the go-to technical expert Assist with IT Infrastructure projects as neededWhat you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
4 years of technical support experience Experience installing, troubleshooting, building, and deploying desktop computers in a warehouse or supply chain environmentIt’d be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related technical field 5 years of remote workstation support and technical support experience in a Fortune 500 company 5 years of experience in troubleshooting printers, tablets, cell phones, Windows PCs, Chrome PCs, AV equipment and associated complex issues of networked devicesWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
