**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Our team is looking for a North America Partner Marketing Lead who would own and lead a portfolio of key wholesale ecommerce partners for Nike. We are looking for a seasoned digital marketer who can own and drive the marketing journey end-to-end (from planning to execution). This is a fast-paced position where you will drive collaboration across multiple teams at Nike. This person is a self-motivated, strategic problem-solver with a strong marketplace retail background who is eager to be part of a team leading the work connecting with the digital consumer. This person will obsess consumer insights, understand shopping behaviors and journeys online, and build inspiring product stories and experiences to drive demand and impact across the marketplace. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** Key Accountabilities: + Developing and executing a long-term strategic marketing plan for E-Commerce partners inclusive of using data-informed plans for testing and optimization. + Developing and executing seasonal marketing plans in partnership with an internal cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring a strong external partnership. + Marketing tactics will be digitally focused with a strong emphasis on Paid, Search, Enhanced PDP Content, Sponsored Product Ads. + Experience working across a Retail Media Network is fundamental along with hands-on digital experience with translating data and KPIs into insights and opportunities. **WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** + In this role, you will report into the North America Partner Marketing Director. We will develop and maintain positive relationships with other key partners such as Sales, Consumer Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Accounting, and Finance. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. + A minimum of 4 years’ work experience Marketing, Retail, Digital Commerce and/or Digital Marketing + Experience reading and analyzing digital retail and marketing metrics to optimize sales and inventory + A strong understanding of the consumer, shopping behaviors and retail journeys + Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills, with a high proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office. + Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit + Pro-active problem solver, ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution + An impeccable ability for balancing creativity with business needs + Able to work as part of a matrix, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally towards a common goal + Can-do demeanor with shown ability of adapting to change in business needs or direction. + A passion for the Athlete*, Sport* and Culture along with a sense of humor and humility — ensuring team success, while having fun.
