Lead, EUTS Workstation M365 Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Endpoint Administrator Associate to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing endpoint devices and client applications in an enterprise environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, Windows 10/11, and other endpoint management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices and client applications. Implement and manage security policies for endpoint devices. Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint-related issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint devices with network and server infrastructure. Provide technical support and training to technology staff and end-users. Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and other relevant U.S. government regulations and requirements. Manage O365 instance, including update channels, Copilot and feature/quality updates.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field Minimum 8+ years proven experience in endpoint management and administration. Demonstrated strong knowledge of Intune device management, policy enforcement and controls. Proven knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell. Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads, Windows 10/11, and endpoint management tools. Proven knowledge of standing up Microsoft Cloud PC - Windows 365. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Preferred Skills:
Advanced education degrees are desirable. Relevant Microsoft certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certificationMicrosoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate. Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM). Proficiency with scripting languages, preferably PowerShell. Understanding of encryption, data protection, and secure access methodologies. Experience with configuring and managing security tools and policies in Microsoft 365 and Group Policy for Domain environments. Experience with VPNs, firewalls, secure network access, along with secure access policies. Experience with managing Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. Knowledge of the specific compliance and security requirements for government cloud environments.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
