We’re looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and creative communications lead who can help us connect our people to our purpose. In this role, you’ll bring your talents to develop and execute internal and executive communications. This work will bring our ideas, products, and values to life, connecting with teams across geographies and functions while elevating the employee experience. This role will provide internal communications support to Apple Services Engineering, with a specific focus on the Cloud Systems & Platforms (CSP) team within the group. CSP includes 2,000 employees who are responsible for building and running the cloud infrastructure used across Apple, and the server systems and platforms underpinning many of our Services. You will help craft CSP’s communications to employees across a variety of channels, including email, Slack, internal Websites, and All-Hands events, working in partnership with the respective subject matter experts. In addition to summarizing technical and business concepts in writing, you will help shape and review content for select All-Hands events, and provide support for event management and execution as needed. The right person enjoys crafting and editing messages, building comms plans, managing communications channels, gathering feedback and metrics to improve communications’ effectiveness, and consulting on communications strategy.
