Lead, Food Service

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining the daily operation of various sections inside Food and Beverage locations.

· Monitor Team Member work activity to ensure the daily success of Food and Beverage locations.

· Inspire an 8.0 service mentality to Team Members.

· Focusing on Guest Service and creating a positive work environment.

· Assure profitability in assigned sections by closely monitoring inventory and a positive Team Member to Guest interaction.

· Adhere and uphold ALL DEPARTMENT GROOMING, SAFETY and CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES.

· Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.

· Support the company mantra; Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.

· Maintain a neat, and well organized location.

· Ensure all products and services are made available to Guests.

· Perform all other duties assigned by Managerial Supervisor and Senior Leadership Team.

 

Skills and Qualifications

· Must be at least 16 years of age

· A positive work attendance required

· If 18+ must be willing to get TABC certification

· Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Must be available to work an average of 30 hours a week year round. (Core)

· Must be available to work most operating days and 1-2 work crew days during weekend operation (non-core)

· Ability to monitor and positively interact with Team Member and Guests.

· Must have the ability to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods, as well as, and lift to forty pounds occasionally
