We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead to manage and optimize our Human Resources systems Stack - Information System (HRIS), Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Compensation and Performance, Rewards, Ticketing (Jira) and other future systems and ensure seamless integration, governance which would drive effective and accurate reporting. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance people processes and leverage technology to support strategic business objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesPeople Systems Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of all people systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal performance.Collaborate with People, Business, and Enterprise application & IT teams to implement system updates, enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
Integration and API Expertise:Manage the integration of People systems internally and with other enterprise applications or external vendors.Develop and maintain API connections to streamline data flow and improve data accuracy.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize advanced MS Excel / PowerBI skills to create, maintain, and analyse comprehensive reports on HR metrics.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.Facilitate Reporting via PowerBI dashboards with maintaining API connections with the HR systems.QualificationsExperience required- 5-8 yrsMBA in Information Systems, Operations or a related field.Proven experience as a Sr. Data Analyst or a similar role.Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, API integration, and MS Excel/PowerBI.Strong understanding of HR processes and reporting requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.About our culture
