The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience. Information about benefits can be found here (https://careers.nike.com/total-rewards) . **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** Nike’s Global Brand Design team is seeking a visionary and seasoned Styling Lead to lead styling daily photo and motion production at our Los Angeles studio. As part of the Global Brand Design team, you will have a directly visible impact on the public face of one of the world’s most coveted and recognizable brands. The Styling Lead will partner with a team of on-figure and still life stylists, driving creative excellence, teamwork and collaboration. You will be responsible for styling all seasonal product assortments and creating visual assets across all Nike Fields of Play to be featured in Nike.com product detail pages, seasonal campaigns, and marketing materials across Nike’s website, apps, stores and social media initiatives. You are passionate and connected to the creative industry and this ever expanding knowledge, network and interest both inspire and drive your creative thinking. The exceptional candidate will have a diverse and well-rounded skill set across fashion image-making for both stills and video, creating inspirational, contemporary content while collaborating with a team. This candidate starts with the Brand and athlete, is innovative, understanding that styling is critical in the design of an inspirational brand experience. They will possess a high taste level and sharp eye, with well-rounded experience with model imagery. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** + Driving the styling and quality standards of all creative assets produced by Nike’s Icon Studio Los Angeles through day-to-day styling in studio. As a champion of a premium brand experience, you will ensure all the content we produce is authentic, distinctive, and 100% Nike. + Upholding a premium brand styling POV consistently across platforms, channels, and marketplaces. + Orchestrates styling across multiple studio teams with complexly diversified business demands across all product categories. + Provide clear, concise styling direction; bring expert experience to shoot productions and effectively direct a styling team from start to finish, including the building of mood-boards, developing styled looks, overseeing on-set dressing and styling for on-figure and still life styling. + You inspire and engage a team of stylists, providing daily on-set supervision as well as mentoring their growth over the long term. + In addition to all external consumer-facing assets, the Styling Director will maintain the internal visual identity of styling, designing and laying out business-critical communications to internal partners on the status of key Imaging projects and seasonal directives. + Close partnership with Icon Los Angeles Creative & Production teams. **WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** Your primary daily interactions will be with the creative, styling and production teams at Icon Los Angeles, and your Global Brand Design and Global Brand Digital Marketing partners at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. Will Report directly to the Senior Creative Director of Icon Studios. **WHAT YOU BRING** + 4-7 years in commercial styling management roles, with specific creative oversight responsibility for the ongoing daily styling of merchandise detail pages for digital + Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience or training + Deep subject matter expertise in styling for photography and video, focused on eCommerce photography + Proven, exceptional talent for understanding both performance and lifestyle sportswear styling and the ability to make those ideas a reality on set every day + Online portfolio that demonstrates broad experience in styling for both on-figure apparel photography and still-life (off-figure) photography + Deep and demonstrable experience with on-set standards, best practices, and demands + An instinctual devotion to trends and emerging brands, with an insider’s perspective on the apparel and footwear markets We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees and job applicants.
