This person will be instrumental in implementing and managing IAM solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments. They will also work with organizational leaders to identify opportunities and risks, as well as developing and delivering solutions that align with the business goals. This role has a salary range from $140k-$150k depending on level of experience. Skills and Requirements Bachelors Degree (BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field) Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT related work Minimum of 5 years of experience with IAM technologies, especially around Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, and scripting languages (Powershell, Javascript, VB, and Python). Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members and manage cross-functional teams. Proficiency in managing complex IAM projects, including timelines, resources and budgets. Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field. Good knowledge of Web/Application servers (e.g. IIS, JBoss, Apache) Experience in configuring and deployment of IGA solutions. Proficiency in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) tools, such as Broadcom IGA is a plus.
