Salary: $27+ per hour.

Shift: 3rd shift (10PM - 6AM)

About the role:

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Production Lead (3rd shift) will be responsible for the coordination of daily shift operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for supporting and improving efficient equipment operation, training, organization, personnel issues, and employment placement on each shift. Organization of day-to-day operations of shift including troubleshooting as needed. Ensure correct completion of all shift paperwork. Enforce company policies, safety standards, GMP standards, and HACCP. Cross-train to be able to work in both areas of Molding and Chocolate Production. Coordinate daily shift operations. Audit shift and employee performance through SWF (Standard Work Form). Review MUV report daily. Perform quality checks of products and advice on how to solve issues. Commit to fulfilling the expectations of quality and service of the clients, as well as the current regulatory compliance applicable to the food industry. Responsible for reporting any situation of potential or real danger to your superior and the Quality department.

 

About you:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of production manufacturing experience, ideally in the Food Manufacturing industry. Mechanical ability/aptitude, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills. Computer skills; Excel and SAP, required. Must be able to adhere to all GMP and food safety rules. Experience driving a forklift is a plus. Available for overtime when required. Available to work on the weekends. Good organization, math, written and oral communication, detail orientated, interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, must work autonomously with a minimum of supervision.
