Job Description:

L3Harris Corporation is currently seeking a high-energy Program Manager to lead the growth and execution of Production programs within the Maritime C5ISR business.  The PM will have a unique end-to-end life cycle management opportunity to leverage decades of L3Harris experience in C5ISR and Machinery Control solutions to shape next generation solutions with customers, build a portfolio of new business, and own its profitability in execution.

Essential Functions:

Work collaboratively with and act as primary point of contact for Customer stakeholders for each assigned L3Harris subsystem.Manage cost, schedule and technical performance on multiple, parallel development, production and qualification efforts.Develop and monitor financial forecasts for monthly, quarterly and annual reviewsCoordinate resource requirements (Staffing) with subsystem Program Managers and work with functional leadership to assure that issues are addressed in a timely mannerChair the risk and opportunity management reviews for all assigned subsystemsDevelop Monthly performance assessment and support Customer, and Executive Management reviews

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experienceExperience with Fixed Price contracts and Fixed Price major subcontracts.Expert EVMS knowledge demonstrated on successful production programs.Demonstrated ability to lead Proposal Development and Capture effortsUS Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Additional Skills:

Active Top Secret Clearance is high preferredProficient in SAP, MS Office, Strong communicationProven ability to lead parallel development and deployment efforts through delivery and trialsDemonstrated track record successfully transitioning new products and systems through qualification and into productionProven leadership and staff development skillsProject Management Institute (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or working towards certification
