Responsibilities:

Drive and accountable for overall business management of Nike JD store from end-to-end process, and initial seasonal business brief to centralize and guide team resources to have win as one team.

Closely partnership with GC consumer team, download and gather seasonal product and marketing strategy, build connection with platform business priority.

Lead cross functional team to drive and initial business brief for all platform campaigns and innovations and build store seasonal store calendar to drive seasonal priorities.

Be the contact window and establish close relationship with JD partners, for driving tiers of campaign / activity collaboration, driving resources allocation conversations, and manage the following executions with BZ partners.

As the platform contact window to share and align the campaign mechanism / promotional plan with cross platform leaders. 

Co-work with cross functional team to set up store foundation, build up front-end & back-end system. (O2O, PIM, AMT , accounting tool, supply chain system…)

Set the future growth strategy for Nike JD.com store, manage store P&L, build seasonal priorities, and in-season product managements. And provide platform feedback and insights back, for future planning benefits.

Build long-term growth building block for JD.com store business opportunity, and to actualize initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: 

Strong sense of business opportunities to drive sustainable growth strategy.

At least 8-10 years’ business experience in international companies, ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions. 

Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.

Deep understanding about China’s online retail landscape and consumer insight. Previous working experience in dealing with JD.com operation management, JD retail /VMI experience will be a plus.

Strong ownership, logical and structural thinking, down-to-earth spirits.

Strong oral/written skills in both English and Chinese.
