Role Summary The Brand Experience Team at Rivian is seeking an enthusiastic Lead, Strategic Brand Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will engage with individuals and brands to expand the brand’s global reach and impact. You’re a creative collaborator who inspires teams and provides clear direction to set the vision. You bring a strong background in management and execution for brands, which will be key to growing our audience and strengthening our top-of-funnel reach. Responsibilities Influencer & Ambassador Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators who align with the brand's values. Identify potential collaborators, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet brand standards. Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI to assess campaign success and optimize future initiatives. Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative partnership strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Craft compelling campaign concepts and detailed briefs tailored to specific partnerships. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep partnerships fresh, relevant, and impactful. Partnership Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all brand partnerships, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration. Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with strategic partners to enhance the brand's visibility and credibility. Oversee partnership agreements, negotiate terms, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective and mutually beneficial outcomes. Shoot Coordination: Plan and coordinate all aspects of photoshoots and video shoots involving influencers and ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the brand’s visual identity and campaign objectives. Manage production schedules, creative briefs, and logistical details to ensure smooth execution. Work closely with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content. Administrative Focus: Track and document partnership performance, maintaining accurate records of deliverables, payments, and campaign metrics. Organize and manage the partnership calendar to ensure all campaigns and deliverables are executed on time. Prepare post-campaign analysis and performance reports to share insights with internal stakeholders and guide future strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross functional partners including but not limited to Fleet Management, Social Media, Finance, Marketing Strategy teams, to ensure seamless integration of brand partners and alignment on content creation, collaborative posts, activations and general deliverables. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field is required. 7+ years of professional marketing experience, with a strong focus on account management, contract negotiation and production execution across channels. Creative thinker with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and storytelling. Familiarity with data analysis tools to inform strategy and track performance, with some experience in brand tracking studies. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and creativity. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack, and Microsoft Suite for efficient collaboration and process management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $125,000 to $156,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
