Lead – Procurement & Contract
Overseeing the procurement and contracting activities, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery schedules.  Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality of materials and services Oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying suppliers to delivering goods or services Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations Contribute in key contract decisions along with team.  Finalize the contracts at an optimized cost based on contract specifications.  Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address procurement needs Anticipate potential claims, proactively controlling cost variations and extra items and claims management.  Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Educational Qualification: 

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech Engineering.

Experiences: 

20 plus  years in managing procurement & contracts management in  large scale complex in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas.
