Lead .NET Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of software solutions using SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework

· Oversee the implementation of technical solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry standards

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables

· Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging

· Develop and maintain documentation for software design coding and testing processes

· Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our software products

· Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

· Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion within the stipulated timeframe

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies

· Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions

Qualifications:

· Possess extensive experience in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Payer domain and its specific requirements

· Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges

· Showcase proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken

· Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model

· Have a proven track record of successfully leading software development projects

· Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 – $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
