**Overview** Full time Flexible Monday thru Friday occasional weekend shifts 7:30am 4:30pm 8:30am - 5:30pm Pay: 19-21 Hourly **Position Summary Details** The Lead duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing the performance of building operations and maintenance, assigning duties to workers, inspecting facilities and/or reviewing inspection reports, developing scopes for subcontracts, and obtaining bids from outside contractors as necessary. **Responsibilities** • Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately • Accept accountability for cash transactions • Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly • Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems • Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting • Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs • Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift. Including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties • Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
