Lead Account Manager

As\na Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in\ndriving the company's success in the exciting area of Sustainability.  Your expertise in managing key accounts and\nbuilding strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer\nneeds and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities\nand delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth,\ncustomer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company.

You will report directly to our Director, Sales STS America’s and you’ll work\nout of either our Rosemont, IL or Houston, TX location on a Remote work\nschedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and growing\nkey accounts in the power, steel and cement verticals helping to drive our\ncarbon capture solutions to effectively reduce their carbon footprint.  You will be responsible for driving revenue\ngrowth and contributing to the company's overall financial success. Your\nability to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business\nopportunities, and deliver tailored solutions will enhance customer\nsatisfaction, strengthen the company's market position, and drive long-term\nbusiness growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesProspect,\ndevelop and close opportunities to customers in the Power, Steel and Cement\nverticals, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationshipsDevelop and execute strategic account\nplans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong\nrelationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and\nproviding tailored solutionsIdentify new business opportunities\nwith both existing and new accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams\nto deliver value-added solutionsLead contract negotiations and ensure\ncustomer satisfaction through effective account managementMonitor market trends, competitor\nactivities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive\ncontinuous growthYOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account\nmanagement or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and\ndriving revenue growthStrong communication and negotiation\nskillsAbility to build and maintain strong\nrelationships with customers and internal stakeholdersStrategic thinking and\nproblem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time\nmanagement skillsProficient in CRM software and\nMicrosoft Office SuiteWE VALUEPreferred Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering\nor Chemistry.Preferred experience in gas processing, power, steel or\ncement verticals or the refining and  petrochemicals sectors. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and\nachieve sales targetsStrong business acumen and\nunderstanding of market dynamicsAbility to effectively manage\nmultiple accounts and prioritize tasksCustomer-focused mindset with a\npassion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to work independently and as\npart of a teamContinuous learning mindset and\nwillingness to adapt to changing market trendsAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD247819Category: SalesLocation: 2101 CityWest Blvd,Houston,Texas,77042,United StatesExempt
