KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationshipsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutionsIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutionsLead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account managementMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growthMaterial Handling experienceStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAdvanced English
