General Function
Processes non-retail invoices for payment. Assists with the duties of the non-retail accounts payable accounting coordinators and performs the duties in their absence.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in supervising the non-retail AP departmentPrimary point of contact for all non-retail accounts payable dept. issuesPrimary contact for non-retail invoice workflow processProcesses office invoices for paymentComputes monthly office helds for utility billsCompiles and modifies files to be uploaded to the profit sheet reportCalculates and distributes the profit and loss financial report for the companyCompletes store bank reconciliationsReports to work when scheduled and on timePerforms other job-related duties and special projects as requiredReviews duplicate invoice list.Secondary Duties and Responsibilities

Physical Requirements
