Description An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of our key clients in Solana Beach. They are seeking a proactive Lead AP Specialist to direct their accounts payable operations. Your expertise in managing outgoing payments and financial obligations will be integral to the efficiency and financial integrity of the company. Responsibilities: + Coordinate approval processes of all accounts payable invoices. + Analyze expense reports and other incoming documents for accuracy and eligibility for payment. + Manage departmental budget, ensuring all account balances are up-to-date and accurate. + Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company. Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, or related field. + Proven experience as a lead in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or similar role. + Familiarity with accounting software programs. + Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
