THE POSITION

\n

The Lead Executive Administrator will provide administrative and organizational support to Honeywell’s VP Business Analysis and Planning and Spin Separation Leader located in Charlotte, North Carolina.  In this role you will operate in a fast-paced environment interacting daily with internal employees, external customers and investors.  This role will plan travel, coordinate multiple busy calendars, ensure complex meetings are planned effectively, and carry out other key administrative business processes.  This role manages confidential and sensitive information.  The ideal candidate will function with a high sense of urgency, and resourcefulness and be able to effectively prioritize competing priorities.

CRITICAL RESPONSBILITIES

\n

The Lead Executive Administrator will provide high-level daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks.  Specific responsibilities will include:

\n\nManage the calendar and operating system and proactively prioritize and organize time using expert professionalism, sound judgement and extreme discretion.\nWork closely and collegially with other C-Suite administrators, including the office of the Chairman, the office of the CEO.\nArranging intricate and detailed travel plans and forecasts for both domestic and global travel.\nArrange onsite meetings for visitors and greet scheduled visitors.\n\n

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nManage complex expense and purchasing reports, preparing other miscellaneous reports/logs, and handling general information requests.\nArranging conference calls and global meetings.\nPaying bills and ordering supplies.\nBAP Based Projects.\nPerforming office management functions including maintaining files, managing incoming and outgoing mail.\n\n

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

\n\nA minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite Executives.\nDemonstrated experience scheduling appointments, updating calendars and coordinating global travel \nProficient computer skills including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365)\n\n\nThe ability to present ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.\nA desire and comfort level in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent time management and prioritization skills\nPro-active planning and organizational skills.\nSelf-motivated and displays initiative to solve problems and create improvements where needs exist\nDetail orientation to ensure high quality work, thoroughness given sensitive nature of the work\nHigh level of dependability and integrity in ensuring confidentiality is maintained\nHigh energy level, work ethic, and passion to excel\nRequired to work hybrid work schedule in line with C-suite Executive requirements\nAdditional InformationJOB ID: req476006Category: Business ManagementLocation: 855 S Mint St,Charlotte,North Carolina,28202,United StatesNonexemptGlobal (ALL)
