The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital traffic patterns, forecasting demand and providing actionable insights to optimize our digital marketing strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency with data analytics tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. **Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View** + Serve as a SME of all levers being utilized/available for generating demand and online engagement for new and existing customers + Monitor traffic volume and quality trends and solve for gaps to target as needed + Develop & maintain comprehensive reports/dashboards to track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital traffic & demand + Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and ROI + Combine & analyze data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting & analysis + Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for marketing & leadership **Qualifications** + Adobe Analytics experience is required + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field + 10+ years of digital marketing / ecommerce analytics experience with proven track record of analyzing and reporting on all aspects of a successful campaign throughout its lifecycle. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze consumer insights and performance data to drive high impact sales strategies + Experience in Adobe Analytics & Snowflake is preferred **Supervisory:** No **Locations:** Atlanta, GA. **_Relocation assistance is not available._** **_Ready to work 3-5 days in the office per week_** Our Lead Advanced Analytics, earn between $116,700 - $175,100.
