Job Overview and Responsibilities:

Entails working with the ground handler to supervise check-in, ramp and baggage operations for the arrival and departure of united flights and ensuring vendor compliance with all security requirements and regulations

Meeting, boarding flights and assisting customers wherever requiredOther duties including back-office administration and full operational supervision to ensure the smooth and professional service to our customers, both internal and external

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.

High School Diploma or equivalent school leaving certificateProven track record of reliabilityProfessional image and appearanceStrong communication skillsConflict resolution and decision making, with the ability to leadMust be fluent in English andPortuguese (written and spoken)Flexible approach to work standards and dutiesPublic contact / customer service experienceA minimum of 2-3 years of previous work experience in airport operationsMust be able to live and work inPortugal/EU without visa sponsorship or supportSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionMust be able to work any shift/any day including holidays, weekends and/or nights in a 24-hour operationAttendance is required at work location
