**Lead Aircraft Structures Mechanic – Gilbert, Arizona** **Job Description:** This position is for Airside MRO, a subsidiary of KP Aviation. This company is a 145-repair shop for components in Gilbert, AZ. + Lead and perform regular maintenance on aircraft structural components, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with Airside MRO, Federal, and OSHA regulations. + Oversee the development and maintenance of records for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. + Conduct thorough inspections and examinations of various structural components, identifying cracks, corrosion, defects, or wear, and taking corrective action as needed. + Consult maintenance manuals and specifications to ensure all repairs and replacements follow correct operational procedures and meet required safety and performance standards. + Supervise and perform the installation of new parts, ensuring that all replacements or repairs of structural components are done to specifications and improve performance. + Oversee sheet metal repairs, ensuring the structural integrity and safety of aircraft components while maintaining precision in all tasks. **Pay:** + **$34-$42 per hour based on experience** **Shifts:** + Monday - Friday 7/8am - 4/5pm + 40-hour work week, OT based on business needs **Additional Details:** + Contract to hire, generally hired direct around 6 months but exact timeline dictated by attitude & performance. + A&P license required for leads, non leads do not require it. + No tools required. **If interested, please apply here directly and anticipate a call from Morgan Miller.
