This is a significant undertaking and high profile in nature and as such we are looking for a senior Technologist with hands-on experience managing Structured Equity Derivatives projects and designing and delivering end to end solutions.
As our Lead Americas Equity Derivatives Program Manager you will:
Form direct relationships with trading desks, technology teams and leadershipExcellent analysis, design and development skills. Able to lead a team in an Agile environment within a Dev-Ops frameworkManage programs strategy and the program approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changesAssist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Tech teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordinationDelivery, governance reporting to stakeholders including the Product owner in the business, head of a service line or Product within TechnologyDrive the use of Agile methodologies within Technology teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean) in line with corresponding transformation frameworks at the bankEnsure Technology programs align to HSBC strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aimsManage the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practicesManage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realizationFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $160,000.00 and $220,000.00.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
