Lead Analyst, Enterprise FP&A (remote)
**What You Will Do** As the Lead Analyst, Enterprise FP&A Analyst you will support the Enterprise Financial Reporting and Analysis team. You will provide accurate and timely financial insights to Stryker’s executive leadership, including the CEO, CFO, COO, and Board of Directors. This highly visible role involves developing and preparing standard financial reports, responding to ad hoc executive requests, and executing key FR&A processes. You will collaborate daily with the global finance community and ensure all reported financial data is validated and continuously improved for accuracy and efficiency. + Preparation and delivery of recurring management reporting packages + Coordinate and communicate with Stryker global finance network to facilitate consolidated reporting requirements + Ad Hoc reporting based on requests from executive management + Support the weekly risk and opportunity processes and support other key financial processes through financial modeling & analysis, template & process development, ensuring organizational coordination, and development of presentation materials + Assist with the development of reporting packages (e.g. Flash), storyboards, forecast accuracy reports, all sales/ad-hoc analysis, and acquisition/divestiture reporting + Driver of continuous improvement with respect to existing processes and deliverables + Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards **What You Need** Required + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field. + 4+ years of FP&A or related experience Preferred + CPA, CMA and MBA + Hyperion experience $77,200- $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
