The Opportunity:
The Ld Analyst IT Bus Sys is the IT liaison between the IT Business solution team and the corrugated business leadership to help the business build an IT Digital Strategy. The right candidate will effectively communicate with multiple business stakeholders and understand their technology needs to build a more effective digital culture. Collaboration across multiple functional areas will be an integral part of the position to drive a culture of creativity, innovation and values that reflects the business strategy. S/He must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent tracks of work and have excellent communication and organizational skills. The person will champion multiple initiatives across the larger IT organization to support the enterprise.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and project/program resources to drive key decisions and ensure timely project complete.Drive Digital transformation for the businessERP knowledge and evaluation with focus on business opportunities and objectives.Review requirements with change management and business process teams.Deep understanding of ePMO standards, methods & procedures in support of projects, programs, and budgets. Coach business leaders on how to communicate to IT what they need to improve business performance and drive digital transformationIdentify business value when developing ideas with a focus on digital awareness, risk assessment, business continuity and business capability requirements.Communicate with business leadership to evaluate joint initiatives and proposals to see how they align with established roadmaps and business priorities.Engage with project and program leads across the business to ensure objectives and alignmentMaintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trendsDevelop a “healthy and well managed initiative portfolio” with the PMO.What is needed to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus6+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (industry experience a plus) Experience working in technology organizationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must.Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods. Direct work experience with project managementExceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to work effectively with all levels of management throughout the organizationAbility to collaborate and encourage collaborationAbility to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move projects forward Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
