Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Technology & Network Optimization

We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone. **THE OPPORTUNITY** The Supply Chain Technology and Network Optimization Lead Analyst works within the Supply Chain team optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network. Balance supply and demand, assess and improve the efficiency of distribution networks, or logistics operations. They are responsible supporting projects regarding Supply Chain Technology and Process. This role will be responsible for leading supply chain network optimization projects, analyzing the output and recommending changes on flow optimization opportunities. They will also be responsible for managing and developing tools and process to support. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** + Build, implement, and maintain optimization tools for the organization and work with cross-functional departments to implement lowest cost scenarios strategically and tactically. + Develop strategic improvement initiatives to meet mid to long-range goals. + Lead Supply Chain optimization projects: and gather feedback and leads on supply chain opportunities from the cross-functional teams in logistics, procurement, operations, and external partners like distribution center providers and suppliers. + Analyze various “what-if” supply chain scenarios to prepare a cost/benefit analysis of proposed change + Present findings to senior level management, and gain buy-in to the proposed recommendations. + Facilitate change to internal processes, practices, and technologies to optimize performance, execute organizational strategy, and achieve targets. + Update or develop and document best practices and modeling standards that help ensure consistency across the network. + Manage and support the Traceability Program, processes, reporting, and tools to continuously improve traceability requirements and requirements adoption by every level of the supply chain. + Act as primary liaison and lead RFID compliance with external suppliers. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE** + Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. + 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/Optimization, and working with complex data + APICS, CBAP, Six Sigma Training preferred. + Experience producing, interpreting, and communicating forecasts, budgets, and variance. + Sales & Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning experience + Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required. + Strong analytical skills with a broad understanding of how data, statistics, and analytics can be used to drive business decisions preferred. **PAY TRANSPARENCY** A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $111,000.00–$154,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
