**What You'll Get To Do:**
The Lead Analyst and Solution Architect for Supply Chain and Global Trade Management is a key contributor in the systems modernization journey Panasonic North America is focused on under Supply Chain Transformation. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a capable IT solutions lead to execute our data and transformation vision. This leader will lead key global projects focusing on Country of Origin (COO) systems integration, Global Trade Management (GTM) system implementation, and Data Quality & Master Data Management (MDM) improvements especially focused in the logistics and supply chain domain. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, IT vendors, and compliance partners to develop robust, scalable IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure data accuracy across the organization.
This leader directly supports the logistics team to plan and execute the supply chain strategy. This position will work closely with IT business partners, sales division business partners, operation team managers, planning team members, PMO & global stakeholders in implementing System Modernization projects. This person will also manage vendor relationships as needed.
This individual will work closely with the VP of Supply Chain, Director of Strategy & Trade, Director of Solutions & Planning, Director of Logistics Operations, VP of IT and IT business partners to develop and execute IT projects to support supply-chain strategies, improve data quality, improve customs compliance, reduce costs, shorten lead time and enhance the service performance and efficiencies, while synchronizing the efforts with the direction and objectives that are set forth by Supply Chain & IT organization.
**Accountabilities**
+ Country Of Origin
+ Lead the development of an IT solution that integrates a central material master database with SAP to provide more accurate Country of Origin (COO) information.
+ Analyze current IT systems and identify gaps to ensure future integration provides better and more reliable COO data.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to design a sustainable, automated COO tracking, reporting and Auditing system.
**Global Trade Management (GTM)**
+ Serve as the IT lead for the GTM project, with a focus on understanding and improving current IT infrastructure to support the implementation of GTM.
+ Ensure current preprocessor logic is fully understood and develop future IT architecture that delivers similar or enhanced outcomes through GTM without replicating obsolete processes.
+ Manage IT budget and resources, ensuring the project stays on track and under budget.
+ Work closely with the Customs Compliance team to meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
+ Maintain a strong vendor relationship with GTM provider, ensuring smooth implementation and support.
**Supply Chain Data Management**
+ Develop Data governance roadmap to improve data quality across End to end supply chain.
+ Lead the Data Quality & MDM initiative, working with cross-BU data teams and suppliers to improve the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data.
+ Design and implement IT frameworks that ensure the curation of incoming data and feed clean, reliable data to logistics systems.
+ Recommend IT solutions and best practices for data management, ensuring the system aligns with broader business goals.
**Supply Chain System Modernization**
+ Drive system modernization efforts to support long-term supply chain improvements, including automation and scalability.
+ Collaborate with leadership to align modernization projects with business objectives and future needs.
+ Explore emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for process efficiency and cost reduction.
+ Ensure seamless integration of tracking systems with logistics platforms to enable real-time insights and analytics.
**Qualifications**
**What You'll Bring:**
**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
+ 5+ years of experience in IT Solution Architect or project management, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or trade management environments.
+ PMP / CIPM / TOGAF certification is preferred.
+ Advanced PC skills – MS office; Power BI, Power Automate etc.
+ Proven experience in managing complex IT integration projects involving SAP, e2open, or similar platforms.
+ Strong understanding of Global Trade Management (GTM) systems, customs compliance, and data management practices.
+ Good understanding of Supply chain to include Logistics
+ Strong understanding on Data Governance, MDM & Data Quality
+ Experience with budget management and vendor relationship management.
**Competencies**
+ Fact finding and analysis are critical parts of the job.
+ Analysis requires assembling facts and evidence from variety of sources, using considerable latitude in applying the proper analytical methodology.
+ Able to multitask and prioritize assignments
**Communications**
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally across business units and departments.
+ Ability to explain & communicate complex topics with all levels of the management
**Other Requirements**
+ Travel Required approximately <5%.

The wage range of $142,000 - $155,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
