We need 5-6 year experience scrum master responsible for facilitating and guiding the Scrum process within a team. He need ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, helping to remove obstacles and improve workflows to deliver high-quality products in collaboration with Product Owners, Release managers, BA and Program managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Team Members: Educate and support team members in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Manage Timelines: Coordinate sprints, manage project timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and eliminate blockers that hinder the team’s progress.
• Foster Collaboration: Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Monitor Progress: Track and report on team performance using tools like burndown charts and other metrics.
• Support Product Owners: Assist product owners with backlog management and refinement.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and Agile frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles effectively.
• Team Building: Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications.
• Technical Background: Familiarity with software development processes and tools and should have knowledge of .net, Microsoft Sql Sever database query language, Digital banking Domain understanding
