The Lead Analyst - Digital Brand Advocate - Communications is specific to the Digital Category Operations team and will work to drive the enablement of Digital Category and Brand Advocate associates through the dissemination of content focused on critical needs to help run, improve, and drive the digital business. Responsibilities will include: working cross-functionally to identify new training opportunities for the team, while validating usefulness of content for the audience, maintaining existing repository of content, documentation and training materials, seeking new opportunities for continuous education to help the category and brand teams grow their respective businesses, and create communications for the teams. S/he will support Omni-Channel retail strategies and partner with cross functional leadership to identify process improvement opportunities that will optimize effectiveness leading to brand renewal and growth.

What you will do
Responsible for producing and communicating content relevant to the Brand Advocate and Digital Category Management team’s around announcements, process and project launches/updates/improvements, upcoming trainings, and reminders all focused on helping to improve the digital business.
Build and lead training presentations with internal teams to drive strategic plans and create incremental business value.
Act as the subject matter expert for the supported teams including new team members, provide troubleshooting opportunities, mentoring and take an active role in onboarding and coaching new advocates.
Consistently report and communicate to Senior leaders.
Create project plans and align with merchandising and supplier to drive execution.
Primary point of contact for disseminating department communications and events/meetings
Provide accurate reporting and insights related to user adaptation rates on tools and applications pre/post trainings around content, product information, assortment, and competitive gaps/opportunities.
Utilize knowledge of the shopping funnel and site technologies to identify opportunities for the team to optimize the search and browse experience.
Leverage inputs from CSAT, reviews and Q&A to continuously improve the overall customer experience
Analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities to improve the online experience, streamline fulfillment, maximize assortment and drive conversion.
Effectively improve conversion and basket by training associates to leveraging data to optimize cross-sell, up-sell and bundling strategies
Assist to train associated on how to analyze competitive data to provide SKU and pricing optimization recommendations
Work closely with content management to both optimize premium content as well as prioritize execution to maximize returns
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
6-7 years e-commerce/digital/Retail Merchandising, Digital Marketing or Vendor Management
Experience in optimizing flexible fulfillment models with a multi-channel retailer
Experience analyzing assortments to determine gaps and optimize mix
Ability to analyze and report event and program ROI
Proven experience leading/facilitating complex projects that require multiple stakeholders and drive impacts across the greater organization
Proven experience with major consumer brands and how to support/ differentiate them in the digital space
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree Business, marketing, finance, statistics or related field
