Position Summary

Lead Analyst Third Party Risk Management

The Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP) teams are strategic enablers of growth by proactively identifying and managing quality, risk, professional conflicts of interest, and other business risks that Deloitte faces in the marketplace. On a broader scale, R&BP protects, preserves, and enhances our reputation by helping our senior executives identify, assess, manage, and respond to top-tier risks and crises or incidents that could undermine the firm’s brand and reputation.

Work you’ll do:

Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of TPRM GatewayGain basic knowledge and understanding of Deloitte U.S. third party due diligence policies and guidelines, as well as working knowledge and proficiency in various risk & compliance group compliance processes and monitoring functionsGain full understanding of Aravo configuration to support and develop TPRM GatewayProvide technical support related to all elements of TPRM Gateway, including user access, user interface, reporting & monitoring, bulk import jobs, and process supportRespond to Service Now tickets and work with risk & compliance groups to process third party submissionsLiaise with the TPRM Gateway stakeholders on third party due diligence matters and system requestsProvide other support related to reporting of activity from TPRM Gateway and analyzing metrics for performance of third party diligence effortsTrouble-shoot flawed system behavior to identify root cause(s) and develop and verify fixes.Identify platform issues and open support cases to platform vendorDefine enhancement ideas for better solutioning to business requirementsCollaboratively work with colleagues in the US and India to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TPRM Gateway

The successful candidate will possess:

The team

Executes various tasks related to technical support and development of TPRM Gateway, the U.S. Firms’ Risk and Brand Protection (R&BP) Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. The scope of the TPRM program includes performing risk-based due diligence on Deloitte U.S. Firm’s third parties. Due diligence will include reviews by Independence, Anti-Corruption & Trade, Vendor Cyber Security, and other risk domains.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s DegreeExperience with configurating/administering and/or developing an application Ability to work with tools including Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, Service Now, Jira, ConfluenceAt least 4-6 years of experience working for a professional services organization providing one or more of the following: system configuration, development, troubleshooting, implementation, user support, reporting and other related services.Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveLimited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Experience with Aravo configurationExperience in reading and writing system logic (conditions and validations)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80400 to $165000

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
