Lead Analytics Consultant
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Analytics Consultant role. ​Human Resources develops and implements our “team members, candidates, and operational” strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages BI Data Products for Talent management ,compensation and benefits, , Employee Care and relations service management, learning and development and recruiting. Our foundational success is based on the ability to operate efficiently, attract, retain, develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology infrastructure. **In this role, you will:** + Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors + Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs + Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements + Lead or participate on large cross group projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor to less experience staff, interns and external contractors. + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area. + Perform analysis of findings and trends using data analysis and document process + Present recommendations to reduce expense, develop and maximize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance. + Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency. + Participate in all group technology efforts including design and implementation of analytics software and processing. + Develop Dashboards and adhoc Analysis Reports, QA customized reports to make recommendations and provide guidance and Data Insights to HR decision-makers + Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area. + Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies. + Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals. + Collaborate and consult effectively with HR consultants, technology partners, and other cross functional business stakeholders. + Advise line of business and companywide functions on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, and other complex data analysis to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards + Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data + Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed + Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews. + Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience in Analytics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **:** + 5+ years of hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis. + 5+ years performing Quality check/analysis On BI products. + 5+ years of writing advance SQL and stored Procedure or similar experience + 5+ years of Oracle, SQL Server or similar database experience + 5+ years of Advance Tableau experience. + Extensive knowledge and understanding of data research and analysis + Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings from data. + Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities + Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important + Being able to adapt to change + Critical thinking- being able to look at results and determine if they make sense, Natural curiosity, willingness to learn, time management, quality work, knowing when to ask for help + Comfortable in a virtual environment, e.g., conference calls and webinars + Bring a culture of operational excellence and enhancements + Good team player + Engage with cross culture team members and stakeholders. + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Tableau certification + Automation of process using PowerShell / VBA + Experience in HR domain using Workday + ETL Tools: Alteryx/SSIS + Dashboard development + Financial experience + Data mining, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence + Power BI + Python/R + Post Graduate (MBA or equivalent) **Job Expectations:** + Human Resources develops and implements our “team members, candidates, and operational” strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives.
