In this role, you will:
Responsibilities:
Providing business and technical leadership as part of Commercial Banking data & analytics team delivering across multiple functionsResponsible for maintaining partner relationships, ensuring high quality team deliverables and timelinesWorking closely with the US partners on daily basis & interacting closely with multiple business partnersWill be involved directly in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or advanced data visualizationConsult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factorsPerform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needsDevelop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insightsWorks with senior consultants or directly with partners, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analyses and recommendations. Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and Risk & Controls policies Applies knowledge of business, customers, and/or products/services/portfolios to synthesize data to 'form a story' and align information to contrast/compare to industry perspectiveAbility to work overlap hours with US team (Shift timings 1:30-10:30 pm IST)Essential Qualifications/ Skills-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, Computer or Statistics8+ years of experience in data analytics8+ years of experience with Python, SAS, SQL, or other data management, reporting, and query tools 5+ years of experience in developing and creating BI dashboards (Power BI), working on end to end reports, deriving insights from data5+ years of experience in advanced analytics techniquesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
