Lead Analytics Consultant

This role covers jobs that use data analytic skills and methods to solve problems, create metrics and reports, perform analyses, provide feedback, and deliver insights to support decision making for various enterprise and business initiatives and strategies for areas related but not limited to customer and product profitability, business opportunity pipeline, sales tracking, liquidity financial trends and compliance risk management.


In this role, you will:

Advise line of business, companywide functions, and more experienced leadership on business strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in population distributions, predictive scenario modeling, and other complex data to minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standardsProvide leadership in the identification and development of new research concepts and designsEnsure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managedProvide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviewsMentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractorsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs.  Ideally supporting work force management (staffing) and or queue/inventory management.Design complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterpriseEngage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership teamExperience with:Microsoft Suite of Business Intelligence, SQL and TableauDriving repeated and automation reporting solutionsLeading strategy and initiatives across broad operations functionsConsulting with senior leadership and driving actions Work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
